Ian is a 2022 graduate of the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine where he was in the large animal specialty track but took an interest in emergency medicine and surgery. Ian previously attended the University of Maryland at College Park where he majored in Agricultural and Veterinary medicine and minored in Business Administration. He grew up on a farm in Montgomery County Maryland where his family has raised dairy cattle since the 1950's and still keeps a few pets as a large hobby farm. Ian and his fiance still live on the farm with their mischievous Australian Shepherd Andie and old golden retriever Oliver. When Ian is not at work, he enjoys working on the farm with the calves and cattle, fixing machinery, working in the wood/metal shop, and baking/grilling.
