We have had a new rescue dog for 5 days. He had not urinated for 26 hrs but seemed to be ok. We called your center and spoke to Erin. The center was at full capacity, so she offered me options of other emergency vets and a triage call to a vet for $50. We opted for the VetTriage call as he did not seem to be seriously ill, but we were concerned. I spoke to Lily. She was very thorough and spent a significant amount of time assessing the dog, as well as information gathering. She gave us recommendations for what to offer him as far as food and fluids, what to look for and be concerned about. And voila! Her suggestions worked! We now know what to look for and how to remediate the situation. She was kind, supportive, knowledgeable and offered other recommendations for down the road. This was an awesome experience!!
