Dr Foy has treated our son’s best friend Tony the cat twice and despite the unfortunate meetings we feel truly blessed to have had her as his Dr and to have utilized the staff and extraordinary care of the Vet ER. We trusted them completely and were very happy with the care they provided our pet but also the compassion they showed to us. I was expecting to pay so much but their prices for a vet ER are very reasonable. They provided us detailed and timely updates and were optimistic even when we felt we may lose Tony. If your pet is in need of emergency services I would give them 5+ stars. Thank you to Dr Foy and all the staff we worked with
I had to make the agonizing decision to put my sweet 17 year old cat down, as he was weak, disinterested, and showing indications of pain. Since my vet was not open, I knew I had to find somewhere to see him that day. He had been fighting for a year but declined quickly over a week or 2. It was the hardest thing to decide it was time, he’s been in my life since he was a kitten. The nurses/techs were phenomenal from the time I called until I left. Their compassionate tone was exactly what I needed. I was devastated but felt like my cat and I both were their patient that day and they went out of their way to comfort us both. We were given privacy, time, kind words, and no judgment. The doctor that day was Dr Graves. He was also caring and took the time to explain everything we needed to know. He gave me the gift of being with my kitty for a peaceful, painless, and merciful end. I’m sure vets and vet techs don’t enjoy this part of their job. And I’m sure they don’t make a lot taking on cases like that. But it meant everything to me that such a hard day was made easier by the words and demeanor of others. Thank you all for what you do.
We had to make the hardest decision tonight with no forewarning. We had to help our precious Sadie cross the rainbow bridge after an unexpected, massive health decline. The staff was beyond amazing, especially Dr Lily. Her compassion in the moment was exactly what we needed. Bless each and every one of you
We have had a new rescue dog for 5 days. He had not urinated for 26 hrs but seemed to be ok. We called your center and spoke to Erin. The center was at full capacity, so she offered me options of other emergency vets and a triage call to a vet for $50. We opted for the VetTriage call as he did not seem to be seriously ill, but we were concerned. I spoke to Lily. She was very thorough and spent a significant amount of time assessing the dog, as well as information gathering. She gave us recommendations for what to offer him as far as food and fluids, what to look for and be concerned about. And voila! Her suggestions worked! We now know what to look for and how to remediate the situation. She was kind, supportive, knowledgeable and offered other recommendations for down the road. This was an awesome experience!! Thank you for offering this option!!
I brought my dog Stella in for treatment on the evening of Jan 27th at about 7pm. The first person I encountered was Amy, a client services representative. What a wonderful ambassador for your facility. While she was getting Stella’s history and setting up my account, She was constantly reassuring me that I made the right decision, she was in good hands, and they would do everything in their power to make her feel better. A very supportive, caring and empathetic person. Stella was treated by Dr. Grace Lilly. What an amazing Dr. and an even better person. She was kind, compassionate, patient, a good listener, and a problem solver. I can’t imagine how hard it is to treat an animal you have only seen once; and may never see again. and that can’t tell you what’s wrong or where it hurts. I am sure she was very busy, but Dr. Grace took the time to go outside the box to exhaust all options for diagnosis and treatment. My fur baby is on the mend thanks to your noble work. You are a blessing to the community. If I ever need emergency services again {hopefully not} I would not hesitate to bring my animals to you. Gratefully yours, God bless.
Yesterday we had to finally have our cat Carrot Top put down. The cancer took its toll on him. The staff were so caring and understanding and genuine with both us and him. We both were a mess and they were so compassionate about our feelings.
I had to take my dog in for an emergency visit a few days ago. I would like to acknowledge the professionalism and care received by the entire staff. I would like to mention in particular Tech Reina and Veterinarian Dr. Shawn Wilson. I apologize for not remembering everyone’s names. But these two in particular made me feel at ease. Reina went above and beyond with updates and current position to be seen. When I met Dr. Shawn Wilson, he went out of his way to make me, and my dog Remi Feel comfortable and actually took the time to sit down and actually listen to my concerns and sequence of events. From the deepest of admiration and respect, I want to thank you guys and the entire staff for the exceptional care and compassion received for me and my dog. I strongly recommend Dr. Wilson and his entire team if your pet needs emergency care. Thanks for all that you do and hopefully I won’t have to come in for an emergency visit. However, if I need an emergency visit for my dog again, this is the place I will go. My dog is doing much better, and we are glad we went here. Thanks again.
I had to bring my Lucy into the vet office, and she was very ill. I have to say although a sad ending, I was greeted by the kindest of staff. Aiden is amazing in his role there and the vert taking care of “My Lucy.” I cant say enough about how Aiden went above and beyond and was one of the kindest persons. Thanks to Aiden and the staff at MV that day. A sad day for sure, but these folks were amazing and so caring. Thank you Aiden.
We brought our 12 year old siberian husky in today, as her health had quickly declined. Your staff COULD NOT have been more wonderful. Her condition was so bad, putting her to sleep was the only option. Dr. Lily walked us thru the entire process. She could not have been more kind and supportive. We were with our beloved girl in her final moments. We will NEVER forget the kindness shown to our baby and to us. From the bottom of our hearts- our deepest thank you. Thank God for all of you- you are a blessing for our community.
I cannot say enough good things about this facility. My Jack Jack ingested a large amount of chewing gum causing him to go into a very scary and life threatening situation before my eyes. The docs and staff are AMAZING and are miracle workers. When I found Jack that morning I called the ER and they were prompt in giving me directions on how to proceed. They met me right at the door and rushed my boy back for immediate intervention. I was amazed from the start. I cannot thank them enough. The prompt communication in regards to his condition to allowing my husband and I to visit him a few times a day. This establishment is the real deal. You won’t be disappointed with their services. Thanks to them my Jack beat the odds!!
Unfortunately, I had to take my cat there this morning around 5:30, after she suffered multiple seizures. I decided to have her put down, and the young lady at the front desk was as caring as one could be. She proceeded with caution, but got me out of there quickly (which is what I wanted). Thank you to her and everyone else who provided care for Emma.
You cannot ask for a more caring and professional staff.
They used all of their skills to treat our dog Abby’s heart issues. When we had no further options to prolong her life they assisted us with the difficult decision of putting her to sleep. The staff even cared enough to send us a sympathy card, signed by the entire staff, expressing their sorrow for her passing.
