The doctors and staff at Mountain View Animal Emergency are the best. We had the terrible decision to let our fur-baby go and the staff there were so supportive and caring. I can’t say enough great things about this place and the people that work here.

This team has the unenviable position of seeing families in extreme circumstances. You cannot ask for a better team to help you through the rough time. We are far from home and they treated us like we were regular patients. I just can’t thank the team of Tech’s and Doctors enough.

My cat Little One was seen last week. He had the best care. Everyone was just fantastic.  My baby was in the best care & professional staff.

Where do I begin? This place is more than a 5 star. Our sweet Ruger received off the charts care today from a wonderful caring staff and Doctors. Even though today became the toughest day that anyone can be faced with in making the decision that we had too. Everyone was so caring through the entire process. We are so glad we found your clinic. Our pup Mojo was there last night . He was exhibiting neurological signs. After testing and exam we took him home. This morning he seems much better with only a bit of tiredness. Thanks so much for being there when others are closed. Your staff is amazing.

This place is A1 amazing. I took my Pip to them instead of a closer place. She stopped breathing on the way,but I got her back and called the hospital as I was arriving. They rushed out and took her from me. They were so awesome and caring. I will gladly drive the 40 minutes if my other furbaby ever needs ER care. Thank you.

Dr Foy has treated our son’s best friend Tony the cat twice and despite the unfortunate meetings we feel truly blessed to have had her as his Dr and to have utilized the staff and extraordinary care of the Vet ER. We trusted them completely and were very happy with the care they provided our pet but also the compassion they showed to us. I was expecting to pay so much but their prices for a vet ER are very reasonable. They provided us detailed and timely updates and were optimistic even when we felt we may lose Tony. If your pet is in need of emergency services I would give them 5+ stars. Thank you to Dr Foy and all the staff we worked with

I had to make the agonizing decision to put my sweet 17 year old cat down, as he was weak, disinterested, and showing indications of pain. Since my vet was not open, I knew I had to find somewhere to see him that day. He had been fighting for a year but declined quickly over a week or 2. It was the hardest thing to decide it was time, he’s been in my life since he was a kitten. The nurses/techs were phenomenal from the time I called until I left. Their compassionate tone was exactly what I needed. I was devastated but felt like my cat and I both were their patient that day and they went out of their way to comfort us both. We were given privacy, time, kind words, and no judgment. The doctor that day was Dr Graves. He was also caring and took the time to explain everything we needed to know. He gave me the gift of being with my kitty for a peaceful, painless, and merciful end. I’m sure vets and vet techs don’t enjoy this part of their job. And I’m sure they don’t make a lot taking on cases like that. But it meant everything to me that such a hard day was made easier by the words and demeanor of others. Thank you all for what you do.
