Where do I begin? This place is more than a 5 star. Our sweet Ruger received off the charts care today from a wonderful caring staff and Doctors. Even though today became the toughest day that anyone can be faced with in making the decision that we had too. Everyone was so caring through the entire process. As the Veterinary industry continues to experience staffing challenges across the country, we have also felt the challenge. Mountain View Animal Emergency will be temporarily reallocating our resources to ensure we can continue providing the highest level of care to our colleagues, clients, patients and community.
Beginning October 27th we will be adjusting our hours of operation temporarily to better align our team with periods of peak demand for emergency care.
~Our temporary hours of operation will be 10am to 2am Monday – Sunday for incoming cases~

Vet Triage is also available http://www.vettriage.com/mvae, with a small triage fee, you will connect to a veterinarian on a live video chat session. They will view your pet & let you know if this is a concern that requires immediate emergency care at an ER hospital or if the situation can be cared for/ monitored at home until you see your family veterinarian at their next availability.
