Kelly joined Mountain View Animal Emergency in October of 2025 as our Director of Veterinarians and comes to us with over 20 years of experience in veterinary leadership. Kelly began her career in vet med as a veterinary assistant, working in general practice, equine emergency medicine and as specialty technician before jumping into management. She pursued and achieved designations as a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM), along with the Society for Human Resource Management - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). Kelly is passionate about employee recruiting, retention, team culture and devoted to helping improve morale in the veterinary field.
Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending time with a recently adopted Hognose snake named Dumpling, showing and competing in multiple canine sports events with her Staffordshire Bull Terriers. Adding to all of that busy life she also rides her horse Chimed every chance she gets and enjoys travelling, or going to concerts as often as she can.
