There are unavoidable times that we have to limit the number of cases we can see due to the severity of patients we are actively treating (multiple lifesaving surgeries, a large amount of intensive medical cases that take up several staff members, etc.) at the moment.
We may have to divert your pet to another emergency facility that can better assist them in their current emergent situation. This is an undesirable step, but necessary for our current patients and staff.
Veterinary hospitals are still experiencing the nationwide rise in patients seeking care, along with the shortages of veterinary staff to administer that care.
MVAE continues into 2022 staffed with multiple doctors and a highly skilled support team 24 hours a day. We promise to do everything humanly possible to get you and your pet the expert emergency care you are seeking in a timely manner with us or by referring you.
As communities still work through the multitude of issues the pandemic has brought us, we ask that everyone continues to be kind, understanding, and practice patience. Emergencies are difficult for everyone.
