To our Clients & Fellow Veterinary Hospitals,
Mountain View Animal Emergency’s number one priority right now with the current COVID19 era is the safety of our staff & our clients. We are taking even more precautions at Mountain View Animal Emergency as recommended by the CDC (Center for Disease Control) and WHO (World Health Organization) to reduce exposure to our staff & clients.
If you are showing signs of illness but feel it is imperative your pet be seen please inform our staff, so we may take the necessary precautions to treat your pet and reduce the risk to our doctors & staff. We want to remain healthy ourselves so that we may continue to serve the community.
We ask when at all possible you call ahead to the office, where one of our CSR’s will get you, your pet’s information and the nature of your call.
In order to minimize contact between staff, doctors & other pet owners, we will be having clients wait in their vehicle during exams. A doctor will reach out to you by phone to discuss our next steps. If you do not have a cell phone a staff member will greet you at the door momentarily.
Throughout this change, our primary focus will still be to offer excellent care to our clients & pets.
We appreciate your understanding during this difficult time.
