Dr. Lindsey Palmer graduated from the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine in
2025. She completed her undergraduate studies at Wilson College in 2021, earning degrees in
Veterinary Nursing and Biology. Dr. Palmer worked at Mountain View Animal Emergency
throughout both her undergraduate and veterinary school years, where she developed a strong
foundation in emergency medicine, along with a deep appreciation for fast-paced, high-stakes care.
She has a particular interest in both surgical cases and oncology. Dr. Palmer places special
importance on guiding owners through difficult decisions by balancing medical needs with what
is best for each individual pet and their family.
Outside of veterinary medicine, Dr. Palmer enjoys hiking, kayaking, fishing, and caring for her
horses. She has competed and won with her horses at the national and world level. She shares
her life with her husband, Jake. They both they enjoy outdoor activities, fitness,
spending time with their dogs and cat.
